Sustainability & CSR: The Relationship with Hofstede Cultural Dimensions

This research explores the relationship between Hofstede’s femininity cultural dimension of quality life and masculinity drive for success manifested by materialistic wealth investigating market value publicly traded firms appearing on Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSIs). The added to DJSIs years 2010–2019 in countries with indicated scores ≤42, were selected first part this study.
